Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and are accepted in the following cases:

·     You received a defective or damaged item.
·     The item received does not match the description or your order.
·     Your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipping (excluding cases of force majeure).

How to Request a Refund

1.  Contact Us: Send an email to info@charmfulness.ca with the following details (these also serve as proof of purchase):
    o  Order number
    o  Description of the issue
    o  Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)

2.  Review Process: We will review your request within 2 to 5 business days and notify you of our decision.

3.  Returning the Item:
If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items must meet these conditions:
    o  Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
    o  Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault.

Refund Processing Time

·     Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
·     The refund will be sent to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

·     Sale or final promotion items
·     Used, washed, or customer-damaged items
·     Underwear, swimwear, and similar items for hygiene reasons
·     Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

1.  Check with your local post office for updates or visit them directly. This is often the fastest way to resolve delivery issues.
2.  If the package cannot be located, obtain a non-delivery certification from the post office with an official seal.
3.  Submit this certification to us along with your refund request. We will assist you and issue a full refund if the order is confirmed lost.
